Fee Structure and Procedures
Initial Visit
The goal of the initial visit is to evaluate the existing garden conditions and to provide conceptual design ideas relative to the client’s needs. Typically, the initial vision will provide enough information for the client to decide how they would like to proceed.

Continued Design Services

Continued services are billed on an hourly basis at the following rates:

1/2 Day Full Day
The amount of the requested deposit varies with the scope of the project as reviewed with the client. Once received, deposits are held in a separate account until a monthly statement is sent, when current service fees are deducted from the deposit. Once a deposit is substantially depleted, an additional deposit may be requested to continue services as needed and keep the initial lower hourly rates in force. If at any time the client chooses to terminate services, the deposit on account will be refunded, less fees for any services already rendered.
Reimbursables
All reimbursable blueprints and expenses are billed at direct cost.
